Point - Adding a Produce viewer into Point

Introduction

The Produce viewer lets you access your Produce templates directly from Point, making it much easier for you to start creating new material. 

As you already know, Produce has its own separate landing page. However, in our day-to-day work we often just need to be able to create some material as quickly as possible. 

To help you out with this, we have a plugin that allows you to view your Produce templates directly from Point. This allows you to find your templates and create new material. Keep in mind that if you want to have all options for templates and such, you still need to head over to Produce.

Add the Produce viewer into your Point

To add this view into your own Point you first need to ensure that you have access rights to edit the portal. When you are ready, follow these steps:

1. Ensure that you are in Point 
2. Navigate to the page where you would like to add the Produce viewer
3. Add a new section by clicking on the + symbol (same as when you want to add a new text box)
4. Inside the section, click on the + symbol to make the options menu appear
5. In the options menu, select the Template collection option, and a new window will open
6. In this window, click on Add Templates, and select the templates you would like to show in the next window that appears
7. Finalise the selection of templates by clicking on Save 
8. The Templates should now have been added to your Point page as seen above
9. You have now added templates to your Point page.
