Introduction
Forgetting a password can happen to the best of us. Depending on if you are using SSO or a username and password, there are certain steps you can do to gain access again.
Single Sign-on (SSO)
If you are having issues with logging in through SSO login, there might be a couple of things that could be causing this issue:

Something wrong with your user internally(internal systems managed by your company)
- For this issue, please reach out to your primary contact at your company. They can check your user details in the internal system.

Your user might have been deactivated in Papirfly
- For this issue, contact Papirfly at support@papirfly.com for assistance
External user (username & password)
If you are having issues with logging in through external login, there might be a couple of things that could be causing this issue:
Forgotten password
For this issue, click on the Forgotten password(as seen in the screenshots below) button and enter your email to receive an email with instructions for reseting your password.
Forgotten username
For this issue, contact support@papirfly.com and we will assist you with finding your username.
