Bulk actions in Produce: download, archive or delete several documents at once

Bulk actions let you work on several documents in one go, for example to clear out old ones.

Select the documents

1. Open Produce and go to the Documents page.
2. Point at a document and tick the checkbox at its top left. Do the same for each document you want. The toolbar shows how many are selected.

Choose an action

Select Bulk actions and choose one of these:

• Download selected
• Delete selected
• Archive selected

Delete selected asks you to confirm first, and the confirmation also lets you archive instead. Deleted documents are removed permanently after a set period, while archived documents are kept. See How do I delete a document in Produce?
