Opening Campaign projects
Campaign projects is the Campaign Planner in Papirfly Plan. It shows your campaigns on a timeline or as a list.
- Select the app launcher in the top-left corner. It shows the name of the product you are in, for example Point.
- Select Plan.
- Select Campaign projects.
Menu names are set up for each company, so yours may read slightly differently.
What do I see on the Campaign projects page?
Each campaign is a bar on the timeline that runs from its start date to its end date. The vertical line marks today.
The list on the left groups campaigns under Central hierarchy and Local hierarchy. Local campaigns sit under the unit they belong to, for example a country and then a city. The number next to each group shows how many campaigns it holds. To learn how the two differ, see Central vs Local campaigns.
How do I find a campaign or change what is shown?
Use the tools at the top of the page:
- Search: type part of a campaign name and press Enter.
- Filters: opens Advanced filters, where you narrow the campaigns by fields such as Status, Template or Assignee. Select Apply filter when you are done.
- Display range (calendar icon): sets the period the page covers, for example from Last year to Year after next.
- Sort by: orders campaigns By activity start date or Alphabetically.
- Import / Export: lists your import and export tasks and lets you start a new one.
- Create: starts a new campaign from a template. See Creating a new campaign.
Each search or filter you apply shows as a tag under the toolbar. To remove one, select the x on its tag. Select Save filter to keep the current set; saved filters appear under Campaigns in the left menu.
Switch between Timeline and List to see the same campaigns as bars or as a table with their date ranges.
How do I move around the timeline?
Use the bar in the bottom-right corner:
- Date picker (calendar icon): pick a date to jump to it, or select Select current to go back to today.
- Quarterly: changes the scale to Quarterly, Monthly, Weekly or Daily.
- + and -: zoom in and out.
What is in the left menu?
Select the arrow button at the top of the left bar to open or close the menu. It holds:
- Campaigns: the campaign page and your saved filters.
- Funds: the Dashboard and Fund management pages.
- Tools: Bulk file mapping.
- Application settings: setup pages such as Templates, Automations and Calculations.
What you see depends on your access rights. A user without admin rights sees only Campaigns and Funds.
