How do I find other Point portals?

Switching between Point instances is helpful when you manage multiple brands with distinct identities. This allows you to tailor each instance independently while keeping your environments clean and organized.

You can switch between Point instances in two ways:

Option 1 - Using the Navigation toolbar

Click the Point button in the top-left corner, just as you would to navigate to another product. If your profile has the necessary permissions and you have access to multiple instances, clicking Point will display all available options (See the screenshot below for an example).

Option 2 - Using the Point navigation

The Point navigation menu allows you to seamlessly move between different instances and subpages. This is ideal if your setup includes multiple instances with subpages. To learn how to set this up, check this article.
