Place - Asset History Log

Introduction

The asset history log records relevant activities and changes made to an asset, promoting accountability and transparency. 

This feature is crucial for asset governance within the Place platform, helping to ensure compliance with industry standards and providing a clear audit trail.

Events tracked will include when an asset is uploaded, Downloads, Shares, GDPR consent changes and deletion. The events will be expanded gradually in future releases, including providing before and after states of changes.

Where to find the asset history log

The asset history log can easily be found by clicking on a specific asset and going to details in the upper right corner. The history log can be found almost the the bottom of the list of asset options as seen below:
