Produce - Advanced workflows

Introduction

Advanced workflows will connect Produce with Plan to offer a more detailed approval process for print and graphic documents. You can set this up in the template settings for each template.

Requirements

In order to access this feature you need to have the following:

• Produce and Plan Approvals in your Papirfly license
• Access rights to manage templates in produce and workflows in Plan Approvals

Admin - Adding workflow to template

To activate advanced workflows in Produce, follow these steps:

1. Locate the template you would like to add advanced workflows to
2. Open the settings of the template 
   
   • 
3. For the template settings, go to the tab for Workflows, and select Advanced
4. Select the Plan Approvals project you want to use for this template. Each document created when using this template will now have to go through this Plan Approval process before it can be downloaded or shared. 
5. You have now connected an advanced approval workflow to a template in Produce.
