Produce - Send assets by email

Introduction

Users can now send approved assets generated by Produce via email. Recipients will receive a download link to access the assets directly.

Using the feature

To send assets by email, follow these steps:

1. Locate the asset/document you want to send in Produce
2. Click on the share button for the document, or Share all if the document has more than one page (you can also share just one out of many pages), and a new window will open

3. In the new window, choose Send by email, and a form will open
   • 
4. In the form, add the following info:
   1. To - Recipient's email address
   2. Subject - Topic of the email
   3. Message - Body of the email
5. Click Send
6. You have now sent an email with the asset/document attached
