Introduction
This is a feature where you can have a single button with the sole purpose of sending a created email to the currently logged in users email. The goal is to create an on-brand email using our templates, get the email to your desktop email application and use this application to forward it.
Requirements
This feature is disabled per default, please contact Papirfly support if you want to enable it.
Using the feature
Navigate to Documents and select a document of type ‘Email’ that is in the status 'Ready' (documents in other statuses are not allowed to share just as with other sharing options).
Click on “Share all” button as marked in the picture, or the share icon for the specific asset you want to send (if there are multiple).
In the dialog that opens there is a new option to “Send email to myself”.
In the next step it is possible to edit the subject if wanted before sending the email, the default text is the name of the Document.
After clicking “Send” a message will show confirming that the email has been sent and the HTML template can be found it the user’s email client inbox.
