Keepeek - Deleting a Step-by-Step Workflow

A workflow can be deleted at any time, but only by its creator.

To delete a step-by-step workflow:

Method 1:

1. Open the Workflows menu.
2. Click on the delete icon next to the workflow of your choice. A pop-up will appear asking for confirmation.
3. Click "Delete."

Method 2:

1. Open the Workflows menu.
2. Select the workflow of your choice.
3. Click on "Properties" in the left panel of the screen.
4. Open the "Settings and Steps" tab.
5. Click "Delete." A pop-up will appear asking for confirmation.
6. Click "Delete." The workflow will then be permanently removed from the database.
