Associations allow you to link items together. For example, you can use an association to link a usage contract and the associated photo.
This feature requires at least write permission on the folder(s) containing the items to be associated.
To associate items:
- Open an item
- Open the Associations menu
- Open the tab corresponding to the type of associations you want.
- Click on the Associate items drop-down menu and select Search for items to associate.
- A pop-up window will open: search for the item you want to associate in the free text field or using the Search criteria filter to the left of the input field.
- Select one or more items to associate and click Apply.
Elements with associations can be identified by the pictogram on the preview thumbnail.
They can be accessed from the summary of each element and from the Associations menu by opening the preview of an element.
