Keepeek - Download elements

To download items :

1. Open the item list of your choice (folder, basket, import wall, etc.).
2. Select the items of your choice.
3. Click on the download button. A new window appears. Several options are available, depending on your rights and the options activated on your application:
• Express download - Immediate download of selected items in their default format. As soon as media is imported, permalink formats are automatically generated. They are visible in the media details in the Broadcast tab. To download them, click on the Download button and, from the original format, choose a thumbnail format.
• Pre-generated formats - A choice of formats pre-generated in the application.
• Custom formats - Choose from formats pre-configured by the administrator to meet specific needs.
• Download request - If you do not have sufficient download rights for all selected items.
4. Fill in the form.
5. Select the download mode of your choice. If you select Customized formats:
6. Select the format of your choice or retouch the image if required. Click on Download.
