Introduction
The Fund dashboard is a new page in Plan Campaigns that shows you the funds available to your location. It brings together everything about your budget in one place: how much has been allocated to you, how much has already been approved, how much is still waiting for a decision, and how much you have left to spend.
The Fund dashboard gives you the same picture, for the locations you are responsible for. It is read only, so nothing on it can be changed, and no setup is needed on your side. If your organisation uses funds in Plan Campaigns, the dashboard is simply there when you open it.
How it works
Finding the dashboard
Open Fund dashboard from the Plan Campaigns navigation. The page has two tabs:
- Dashboard, which shows the fund situation of one location at a time. This is where you land.
- Fund report, which compares fund usage across all the locations you have access to.
If you are assigned to a single location, its name is simply shown in the page header. If you are responsible for several locations, for example as an area manager, a selector in the header lets you switch between them. The dashboard always shows one location at a time. Your selection is remembered, and it is part of the page address, so you can bookmark or share a view of a specific location.
You see only the locations you are assigned to in Unit Manager, plus any locations below them in the structure. No extra permission is needed.
Budget overview
The top of the page lists every fund available to the selected location, one row per fund, so you can see all your budgets at once. Each row shows:
- Allocated: everything that has been put into the fund for your location.
- Approved: what has already been approved on your campaigns. This is the money that has actually been taken out of the fund.
- Pending: what is still waiting for a decision. This is shown for information only. Pending amounts do not reserve money, so another campaign can still use the remaining balance first.
- Remaining: allocated minus approved.
- Days left for funds that have an end date. Rolling funds show No expiry instead.
- Any additional cost values your organisation has chosen to show next to the fund, for example Paid or Actual cost.
Each fund is shown in its own currency. Funds in different currencies are never added together or converted.
If a fund is about to end and you still have money left in it, the row shows a warning with the unspent amount, for example 24,000 EUR unspent, 52 days left. Funds that have already ended move to a collapsed Closed funds group below the overview, where you can still see their final figures.

Fund details
Below the overview, each fund has its own card with three parts.
Campaign statuses. A breakdown of your campaigns per fund status, showing how many campaigns are in each status and their total value: Pending review, Needs change, Approved, Rejected and Pending available funds. The last one means more was requested than the fund can currently cover.
Each status row is a link. Clicking it opens the campaign list already filtered to that status and your selected location, so you can go straight to the campaigns behind the number without searching for them. The filters stay visible in the list view and can be removed.
Allocation against spend. A chart showing how the fund developed over time, with allocated and approved amounts building up month by month, plus any additional cost values such as paid. The gap between allocated and approved is what you still have to commit. The gap between approved and paid is what is still to come back to you. You can switch series on and off in the legend, and change the time range for longer funds.
Fund injections. A list of every amount added to your fund, with its name, date, value and any comment from the person who added it. Corrections appear as negative values, so you can always trace how your allocation reached its current total.

Fund report
The second tab compares fund usage across locations. Rows are locations, and you can expand from region down to a single location to see who is using their budget and who is not. If you are assigned to one location, you see one row: your own.
The report can be opened in full screen and exported to Excel, and it only ever contains data for locations you have access to. From any row, you can jump back to the Dashboard tab for that location to look at it in detail.
