Plan Campaigns - How do I see my campaigns as a list and choose the columns?

Switching to the list

1. Open Campaign projects: select the app launcher, then Plan, then Campaign projects.
2. Select List, next to Timeline under the page title.

Use Central and Local above the table to switch between central and local campaigns.

How do I sort the list?

Select a column heading, for example Date range, to sort by that column. Select it again to reverse the order.

How do I choose which columns are shown?

1. Select the cogwheel at the right end of the column headings. Table settings opens.
2. In Default elements, add or remove standard columns such as Status, Assignee or Last updated. Title and Date range are always shown.
3. To show fields from a campaign template, pick the template in Listed templates, then pick its fields in Template elements.

4. Under Elements used as columns, drag the columns into the order you want.
5. Select Apply. The new columns are shown only to you.

Can I set the columns for everyone?

Depending on your access rights, Table settings has an arrow next to Apply. Select it, then select Apply and publish. The columns are then set for the entire company.

Reset brings back the columns that are set for the company.
