Plan Campaigns - Can I limit Campaign projects to a date range?

Setting the date range

The display range sets the period that Campaign projects, the Campaign Planner in Papirfly Plan, covers. The page only shows campaigns and activities that fall within it.

1. Select the calendar icon, Display range, in the toolbar at the top right.
2. Choose how to set the range:
   • Calendar: enter a start date and an end date.
   • Dynamic: pick a start and an end that are counted from today, for example 1 month back to End of this year.

The page updates straight away. The range you chose shows as a tag under Timeline and List, for example Date range: 1/1/2026 - 12/31/2027.

Which dynamic dates can I choose?

• Start: Today, Start of this month, 1 week back, 1 month back, 3 months back, 6 months back, Start of this year, Last year, Year before last.
• End: Today, End of this month, 1 week forward, 1 month forward, 3 months forward, 6 months forward, End of this year, Next year, Year after next.

How do I move the range by one month?

In the Display range panel, select Month back or Month forward. The start and end dates both move by one month.
