The Templates page lists all the Produce templates you have access to. Use it to search for a template, narrow the list down, and start a new document.
Open the Templates page
- Open Produce.
- In the left menu, select Templates.
- To search, type part of the template name in the search box and press Enter.
Filter the list
Categories shows the categories your templates are sorted into. Tick one or more categories, then choose how to combine them:
- Or shows templates that are in any of the ticked categories.
- And shows only templates that are in all of the ticked categories.
Select the arrow next to a category to see the categories under it. Select Reset filter to clear your choice.
All filters lets you filter by Template, State, Type and Tags. Choose your options, then select Apply filters. State is set to All active unless you change it.
If no templates match, open All filters and select Reset all filters. Produce keeps your filters when you leave the page, so if the list looks shorter than expected next time, check the filters first.
Sort the list and change the view
Select the sort button to order templates by Name, Type or Last modified, in Ascending or Descending order. The list starts with the most recently modified template.
Select the view button next to it to switch between Tiles and Table. Table shows each template's name, type, last edited date and tags in columns.
Open a template
Select a template's name to open its details on the right.
- New document starts a new document from the template. It opens in a new window.
- The Documents tab lists recent documents made from the template. Select View all to see all of them on the Documents page.
You can also select ... on a template card for a quick menu. Everyone sees options such as New document and Copy link. Admins also see options such as Settings, Duplicate and Archive.
