Introduction
In-app user guides improve adoption, reduce support needs, and enhance user experience by providing real-time, contextual assistance. These in-app guides will show up in different areas across the products depending on what you are able to access.
The aim of these user guides is to give you as the user a quick onboarding and understanding of what you can do without having to find information elsewhere.
What it looks like
The in-app user guides appear as boxes with information as soon as you click on a feature that activates an existing guide. An example of one of these guides can be seen below.
Skipping a user guide
To skip a user guide, simply click on Skip tour as can be seen in the screenshot above
Reseting user guides
To reset your user guides and go through them again, click on your user icon in the upper right corner and select Reset onboarding guides, as shown below.
