Keepeek - View search statistics

The data for the day is only available the following day in order to aggregate all the relevant information:

• Information about items
• users
• groups
• folders.

To view search statistics:

1. Open the Settings menu.
2. Click Statistics.
3. Open the Searches tab.
4. Select Searches.
5. Choose the time period of your choice.
6. Click on Filter to refine the statistics by groups, interfaces, search success and search mode. The contents of the table can be downloaded in Excel format using the download button located just above.
