Keepeek - View item viewing statistics

The data for the day is only available the following day in order to aggregate all the relevant information:

• information about items
• users
• groups
• folders.

To view the viewing statistics for items:

1. Open the Settings menu.
2. Click on Statistics.
3. Open the Activities tab.
4. Select Consultations.
5. Choose the time period of your choice.
6. Click on Filter to refine the statistics by groups, files, and item records. The table content can be downloaded in Excel format using the download button located just above.
