How to find and access templates in Produce – Papirfly Help Center

Every solution differs slightly based on how your platform is set up, meaning it may also differ in types of material available to you.

Prerequisites:

You need access to the templating tool. If you look in the top left corner at the product selector, you can see if you have access to "Produce"
You need access to one or more templates

Terminology:

Certain words are used to describe items in the Produce application. Please familiarize yourself with this list so its easier to follow the guide.

Template: A "create your own document" where you fill in certain details, maybe add images or videos. As an end result, you get a finished creative asset which you may download or send to vendor.
Document: When you use a template, the end result you receive is something we call a "document". This may be confusing since in this case, we are working with videos etc. Just keep in mind that in Produce, a document refers to your finished creative asset.

Where do I find these templates?

There are two ways to find templates.

How to find templates in Point:

Navigate the pages in your platform. Typically templates appear inside "create your own" sections or may be published as resources under campaigns etc. For the exact location of templates in your platform, please go exploring or contact the platform managers in your organization.

Find the template you wish to use and click on it.

An overview appears on your screen. Click "new document" in the top right corner to start creating your video

How to find templates in the Produce application.

In the top left corner you have the product selector. Click on Produce to open the Produce application.

What you see in this first view depend on your platforms specific setup, but if you click on the "templates" button, you go to the filter view, you may search and filter down to specific content.
