How to access your portal account?
To track your requests, interact with our team, and view your ticket history, you need to log in to our support portal.
Step 1: Go to the support homepage and click the "Sign in" link located in the top right corner.
Step 2: On the sign-in page, you have two options at the very bottom of the screen:
Have you previously contacted support via email, but don't have a password? Please do not create a new account. Click on the "Request password" link (next to "Emailed us for support?"). A password setup link will be sent to your standard email address.
Never created a ticket before? Click the "Sign up" link (next to "New to Support Center?") to create your new account.
💡 Note: If you try to register using the "Sign up" link and receive an error message, it is highly likely that a background account already exists for you (from a previous email sent to our support). In this case, simply go back and use the "Request password" option instead.
