Once logged into the support portal, you have full, real-time visibility over all your requests.
View your own tickets
Click on your name in the top right corner of the screen.
Select "Requests" from the dropdown menu.
Under the default "My requests" tab, you will see a list of all your open, pending, or solved tickets. You can click on any ticket to view its details, read the conversation history, and add comments or attachments directly.
View your company's tickets: If you want a comprehensive overview and wish to see all open tickets submitted by your colleagues across your company, you can!
Still within the "Requests" section, simply click on the "Organizational requests" tab.
You will then have access to the complete list of tickets for your organization.
💡 How to enable this? If the "Organizational requests" tab does not appear on your profile, simply ask our support team to activate this feature for your account when you submit your next ticket. We will gladly set this up for you.
