Prove Enterprise - How do I use Analytics Agent to ask questions about my data?

Asking Prove about your data

Analytics Agent is the AI assistant in Prove Enterprise, Papirfly's analytics product. Ask a question about your data in plain language and it builds the figure or chart for you, so you don't have to set up filters or queries yourself.

Open Analytics Agent

1. In Prove, click the Analytics Agent button in the top-right corner, next to New.
2. The chat panel opens on the right. Type your question in the How can I help? field and press Enter, or click one of the suggested questions.

Ask a question and save the answer

1. Ask for a figure or a chart. For example: "Estimate how much money Produce templates saved us each month from April to September 2026. Count the documents created from Produce templates, and assume each one saved 30 minutes at 75 EUR per hour. Show it as a line chart titled Money saved with Produce templates."
2. The result opens in the main area of the screen. In the chat, Analytics Agent explains how it calculated the answer, and Data sources used shows which data it read.
3. To adjust the result, ask a follow-up question, for example "Limit it to April to June 2026 only".
4. To keep the result, click Save. Enter a name, choose a collection under Where do you want to save this?, then click Save.

Click New, then AI exploration. The chat opens across the whole page under What are you looking to learn?

What kind of questions can I ask?

• A single figure: "How many unique users logged in during September 2026?"
• A chart: "Show me a chart of unique user logins per week in September 2026"
• A business case: the Produce template savings example above
• Something on your screen: Analytics Agent is aware of what you are looking at, so you can ask about the chart or dashboard in front of you.

The more specific the question, the better the answer. Say which period you want, how to calculate any figures, and what the chart should be called.

Which data can Analytics Agent see?

Only the data you already have access to in Prove. Analytics Agent follows your existing permissions and does not add new data. It is a faster way to reach figures you could already find yourself.

Can Analytics Agent build a dashboard for me?

Not yet. Ask for each chart separately, save it, then add the saved charts to a dashboard.

Why does Analytics Agent say I have reached the usage limit?

Analytics Agent has a monthly usage limit. If you reach it, you see a message saying so. Contact your Customer Success Manager if this stops you from working.

Which AI does Analytics Agent use?

Analytics Agent uses AI models from Anthropic, through Amazon Bedrock. It only processes the Prove data that you have access to.

AI answers can be wrong. Check important figures before you share them.
