Categories

Filter by the tree-structured category hierarchy created by your system admins. Read more.

Tags and AI

Filter by manual tags, AI-detected tags (object recognition), and facial recognition. Read more.

Asset info

Filter by technical asset details — type, extension, upload date, orientation, file size, availability, schema, and uploader. Read more.

Settings

Filter by an asset's sharing and download configuration — variants, direct link, external sharing, download requests, and shared collection downloads. Read more.

Markets

Filter by business area, postal code, and market (country) associated with the asset. Read more.

GDPR

Filter by GDPR consent status, photo session, and the data subjects captured in the asset. Read more.
