Place - Settings

Papirfly Place lets you control how each asset can be shared and downloaded once it's in your archive. This filter lets you search by any of the following settings:

• Asset variants – whether alternative versions of the asset are available
• Direct link – whether a direct link to the asset can be generated
• External sharing – whether the asset can be shared outside your organisation
• Request to download – whether users must submit a request before downloading
• Download from shared collections – whether the asset can be downloaded when part of a shared collection

For example, you can quickly find all assets where external sharing is disabled, or where a download request is required.
