Opening campaign details

In Campaign projects, the Campaign Planner in Papirfly Plan, select a campaign name in the list on the left, or its bar in the timeline, to open its details. Depending on the template, the details open as a full page, in a window over the timeline, or in a side panel.

The campaign opens in view mode. A campaign that sits under another campaign shows its parent under the title. To make changes, select Edit item.

How do I edit a campaign?

1. Open the campaign and select Edit item.
2. Change the name or any of the fields.
3. Select Save item. A Changes saved message confirms it.

How do I change the campaign dates?

1. Open the campaign and select Edit item.
2. Under Time span, select the start date field to open the calendar.
3. Click the new start date, then the new end date.
4. Select Save item.

How do I move a campaign under another campaign?

1. Open the campaign and select Edit item.
2. Open the Hierarchy list (your portal may use a different name for this field) and choose the new parent campaign.
3. Select Save item.

The campaign moves under its new parent in the timeline. A campaign showing Root (top level) is at the top level and cannot be moved. If only one parent is possible, the field is locked.

What happens if I cancel my changes?

If you select Cancel after changing something, Plan asks if you want to discard your changes. Select Discard to close without saving, or Cancel to keep editing.
