Working with campaign assets
In Campaign projects, the Campaign Planner in Papirfly Plan, a campaign can hold assets from Place, the Papirfly DAM, and files uploaded from your computer. Removing an asset from a campaign does not delete it from Place.
Where do I find the assets in a campaign?
Open the campaign and scroll to the assets section, for example Assets (13). The number is how many assets the campaign holds. Each card shows a thumbnail, the file name, the size and the date. Select Load more to see the rest.
A badge on a card, such as Expired or GDPR, shows the asset's status in Place.
How do I download or share all the assets?
- Select Actions in the assets section.
- Choose Select all, Download all, Share all or Add to Collection.
The number next to each action is how many assets it covers. Expired assets are left out.
You can also select More options (...) at the top of the campaign, then Download all assets.
What can I do with a single asset?
Open the menu on an asset card to choose Preview in fullscreen, Show in Place, Share, Add to Collection or Download > Original. After you select Edit item, the menu also has Remove asset from item.
How do I add assets to a campaign?
- Open the campaign and select Edit item.
- In the assets section, select Add file.
- Choose Find in Place to pick assets that are already in Place, or Upload file to upload files from your computer. Upload file is only there if the template allows uploads from your computer.
- With Find in Place, select the assets and then Import.
- With Upload file, choose the Archive, Schema and Folder in Place, then drop your files in or select Upload.
- Select Save item.
How do admins choose where campaign assets come from?
- Open the campaign template and go to Template builder.
- Select the assets element. In the list of elements it is called Place view.
- Under Default, choose Place, From computer, or both.
- With From computer, set Upload access. Choose Limited to allow uploads only to the archives you pick under Available archives.
- Save the template.
