The Brandmaster platform now officially evolves into version 1.0 of the new Papirfly product suite of world-class brand management tools.
All 5 of our flagship products – Point (formerly Brand Hub), Place (formerly DAM), Produce (on-brand templating), Plan (planning, collaboration and approval workflows) and Prove (reporting and analytics) – are available in the new shared toolbar. Click here to learn more about our upgraded platform and products.
You can still access all of your existing products, with your remaining Papirfly solutions under the ‘Other’ button in the toolbar.
Take a look at the following recent updates on the Papirfly Platform.
NEW RELEASES
- Bulk edit categories and schemas: Bulk editing of categories and other fields is now faster and more user-friendly. There's no longer a 50-file limit, and you can change a single category. If multiple assets share a category, it's shown with a minus sign (❌). Clicking it once applies the category to all assets (✔), and clicking again removes it.
- Introducing Produce launcher: Produce combines the Launcher, which centralises and filters templates and documents, and the Editor, where materials are created and edited.
- Introducing Produce editor: In the Produce editor, create documents from templates, customise them, and save to share, approve, or download as assets.
Campaigns
- Colour indications in campaign projects: We’re adding colour indicators to campaign projects, reflecting predefined values like category or status in the timeline overview for a clearer, visual distinction of project types, such as internal or external.
- Template builder translations: Template Builder now supports translations for dynamic parts (e.g. default values), filling gaps left by the Weblate translation module, allowing users to seamlessly switch languages across the company.
Approvals
- Local access for approval projects: Approval projects are now structured into central and local categories, simplifying project management. Central projects are company-wide, while local projects are visible only to users within specific units, mirroring the unit manager's setup for a cohesive user experience.
- Introducing Prove premium: With an easy-to-use interface, Prove premium enables key data from brand management activities across the platform to be collected and shared using a dynamic dashboard. Data can be determined by date range, and specific field search functions allow the dataset to be filtered to specific needs. Unit Managers can define and organise data by portals and units. Reporting for immediate slide deck usage, or in another chosen file format, is possible – downloaded programmatically by connecting to our system via API. Read more about Prove Premium here.
