The Adobe Creative Cloud integration is created in partnership with Adobe integration experts CI HUB, and offers integration between the BrandMaster Media Bank and the following Adobe Creative Cloud applications:
- InDesign CC
- Photoshop CC
- Illustrator CC
- Premiere CC
- InCopy CC
To use the Adobe CC integration, the users need to install and activate the CI HUB Adobe CC Extension. Before you begin, please collect the Adobe IDs of the users you want to give access to and send them to your Brandmaster contact.
1) Open one of the supported Adobe CC applications and click "Window" - Find extensions on Exchange.
This will open Adobe Exchange in your default browser.
This may be in different locations in the different applications.
2) Search for "CI HUB" and install the extension.
3) Restart the Adobe application and open the CI HUB panel from window - extensions - CI HUB.
This may be in different locations in the different applications.
4) To use the extension for the first time, you will have to follow through with the CI HUB registration process. Just click "register" and follow the instructions on the CI HUB web page that opens in your browser.
When you have registered, you will receive an activation e-mail from CI HUB. Click the "activate" button in the email to activate your account, and set your password. Upon setting your password, please select "Log in to CI HUB"
5) Upon completion, head back to the Adobe application and connect the CI HUB extension to your BrandMaster account.
6) Click on the plus icon under "connections"
7) Select "BrandMaster"
8) A connection screen will now be displayed in your default web browser. Please provide your BrandMaster server URL and company ID to finish the connection.
If in doubt of the server URL or Company ID, please contact your primary BrandMaster contact.
9) You are now all set to use the extension in all supported Adobe CC applications.
