- See this article to learn how to use the Adobe Plus Provider
What is it?
The plugin enables user to drag & drop assets from Place into Indesign and Photoshop.
Installation guide
- The file described below is provided by Papirfly. Contact your CSM in order to get access to the file.
To install the Adobe Plus provider, double click the .ccx file for Photoshop and/or InDesign and confirm the installation dialogs (see comment above if you don't have this file). The .ccx file for Photoshop has PS in the file name, and InDesign has ID in the file name. The add-on is then available in Photoshop and/or InDesign in the Plugins menu.
Logging in
Initially the panel shows a login panel. The Login Configuration field accepts a number of options, the easiest and most common is to simply input your Place Company ID. Then click the Log in to Place button to open the Place login dialog.
A new popup will open with your company’s Place login dialog. Log in using your Place credentials:
Once logged in to Place, the popup will close and the panel will show a list of thumbnails.
This login procedure is typically only done the first time after installation or when switching users or upgrading the applications. The add-on will remember you next time you open it.
