Introduction
Given that you have Produce as part of your license, you are able to create as many templates as you want from your existing stencils.
By creating templates, you can make different variations of templates for different needs, making it easier for your users to start creating new material without having to sart from scratch every single time you need to create material.

Requirements
- You will need Produce as part of your license. Contact your CSM if you would like to explore this product.
- Your user needs to have sufficient access rights to create templates. If you lack the access rights, contact your main contact for Papirfly internally.
Using the feature
Example:
To create new templates, follow these steps:
- Navigate to Produce
- Click on the tab called Templates at the top
- Click on the button New Template in the top right corner
- In the new window you will be presented with different tabs:
- Info - General info about the template
- Stencil - Choose the baseline that you want to create a new template from. We recommend watching the video above to learn how to customise the template to your needs.
- Thumbnail - Choose the thumbnail for the template
- Permissions - Set the permissions for the template
- Workflows - Set the workflow for approval for the template
- Tags - Add tags to the template for better searchability
- As soon as you are done adding/editing the settings for the template, click on either Save draft or Publish.
- Save draft - Saves the work, but does not make the template available
- Publish - Publishes the template for users to start using
- You have now created a template
