Copying settings from one Produce template to others

If several templates should share the same setup, you can copy the settings of one template to others in one go instead of changing each template by hand.

Copy settings to other templates

1. In Produce, select Templates in the menu on the left.
2. Tick the templates you want to update, click Bulk actions and choose Apply settings.
   
3. Under Source template, choose the template to copy from. Click View settings if you want to check its settings first.
4. Under Settings to copy, untick anything you don't want to copy. You can copy Tags, Permissions, Workflow, Categories and Vendors.
5. Click Apply.
   
6. Click Confirm. The selected settings replace the current settings in all the templates you ticked. This cannot be undone.
