Introduction
This guide provides information on the customizable login screen feature, which allows you to tailor your user experience. Administrators can manage login screen settings and layouts directly, enabling a personalized and efficient setup process.
Requirements
- At least one product as part of your license (Point, Place, produce...)
- Access rights to access the settings (Usually admin access)
Login screen - Accessing the settings
Accessing the settings of the login screen can easily be done by clicking on your user-symbol in the top right corner, followed by System settings -> Login screen
Login screen - Customising the login screen
By accessing the Login screen settings, you can adjust several elements of the login screen to your liking. Hereunder:
- Single Sign-On (SSO)
- Username and password login
- Allow external access
- Assets (used on the login screen)
- Logo
- Background
- Texts & Links (used on the login screen)
- Heading & subheading
- Footer custom link

Single Sign-On (SSO)
Edit SSO page with information text to the user. To activate SSO, you will need to get in touch with a product specialist at Papirfly to finalise the setup. To read more about the requirements for activating SSO, visit this article: Plus - SSO (SingleSignOn)
Username & Password login
Username & Password settings page. This section lets you customise the settings for logging in with a username and password (not SSO). This is usually used when you need to grant access to external users such as partners or other types of users outside of your company.
Company logo
Edit dialog for Company logo. Clicking on “Change” will open up a new dialog where the user can select an image from Place.
Heading & subheading
Heading & Subheading settings on the login page. Lets you update the text displayed in the login window.
Footer custom link
Custom footer settings. Lets you add up to two links with a short descriotion to be displayed in the bottom left corner on the Login screen.
