Produce - Fixed and Dynamic Text (InDesign Import)

Introduction

With editable text elements the behavior can be configured to be fixed or dynamic.

Fixed

Fixed text elements will retain the exact dimensions as they are set in the layout from template customization.  Users won't be able to add any more text content than the element can fit.

Dynamic

Dynamic text elements expand their dimensions to fit the text content provided.

Text Direction

As the text element grows to accommodate the text content, you can set the direction of how it expands.

• Top
• Top Baseline
• Center
• Bottom
• Bottom Baseline

Max Height

A limit can be set for how tall a text element can grow before it cuts off any additional text content.  Simply enable the max height option and set the bounding box in the layout as desired.
