Element grouping will allow admins to group sets of elements together so that their presentation and any manipulation is applied to the group as a whole.
Elements can be grouped by selecting one or several and then click the button “Group” or hotkeys ctrl + g. Grouping elements mean that an action can be performed for all elements in the selected group, for example moving, editing visibility, locking and resizing. It is possible to create two levels of groups, i.e. a group within a group.
It is possible to dictate the behavior of groups of elements as the elements within change their dimensions and visibility dynamically. This is done via the setting "Group type" when creating a group:
Proportional: Child elements are automatically moved and resized relative to the parent container.
Container (No rules): Used solely for grouping elements in the Layers panel. This is helpful for organizing complex templates.
Stack from top: Child elements are positioned top to bottom. If a child changes size or visibility, its neighboring elements will automatically shift.
Stack from bottom: This works the same as "Stack from top," but the elements are stacked and arranged from the bottom of the container instead.
