It is possible to change the Font size, by selecting a text element in the design and click on this text size drop down:

Note: Changing the font size applies for the whole paragraph

In Locking mode, set the minimum and maximum font sizes and also the increment value.

The size range can be set for each separate paragraph style in a text element.
