Introduction
This feature provides a more intuitive and flexible way to interact with assets directly within campaign planning. It includes options to preview, download, share, and remove assets from campaign items without affecting their presence in Place archives. This feature is designed to boost efficiency, offer greater control, and provide scalability for managing multiple assets.

Using the feature
The "Resources" element within your campaign templates has been renamed to "Place view." This is where you will find and manage all your assets.
Depending on how your administrator has configured it, the "Place view" will offer different levels of access:
- Opened Place view: Provides access to all available Place archives.
- Limited Place view: Restricts your access to a pre-set selection of Place archives.
Your administrator also defines where you can source assets from:
- Place archives: Access assets previously stored in your platform's Place.
- User uploads (My computer): Allows you to upload assets directly from your local computer.
You may have one or both options enabled, based on the template settings.
Working with Assets in Item Details
When you are in the Item Detail section of a campaign, you'll notice significant improvements in how assets are displayed and managed:
- Improved Visuals: Assets are now presented with clearer visuals, including a thumbnail, name, size, upload date, and important Place status badges (e.g., "Ready," "GDPR," "Expired").
- Paginated Display: Assets are displayed in limited rows initially for better navigation. If there are more assets, you'll see options to expand or collapse the view.
