Keepeek - Create a new custom navigation

This feature allows you to display the classification plan according to the criteria of your choice (date taken, product code, import date, item type, original file size, label, etc.).

Customised navigation has a maximum of three criteria.

To create a new customised navigation:

1. Hover over the search menu and click on Custom Navigation.
2. Open the custom navigation context menu.
3. Click on New Custom Navigation.
4. Select the criteria:
   1. Select the first criterion from the drop-down list.
   2. Add further criteria if required by clicking on Add criterion. If you wish, you can remove the last criterion by clicking on Remove criterion.
5. Click on Display.
6. Browse the tree structure to display the corresponding items. If you wish, you can save the new customised navigation.
   1. Open the custom navigation context menu.
   2. Click Save.
   3. Fill in the form.
   4. Click Save.
