The reorganisation of top-level folders is reserved for application administrators. This feature requires management rights for the parent folder.
To define the order of folders:
- Hover over the search menu and click on Classification Plan.
- Select the folder of your choice.
- Open the classification plan context menu.
- Click on Sort. A new window will appear.
- Change the order of the folders in the list:
- by simply dragging and dropping
- by clicking on Sort alphabetically.
- Click Save.
