Plus - Generic Office365 PlugIn

Introduction

Make sure your organisation has access to your brand assets and cooperate assets when they are creating presentations. There should always be one true source and updated library of approved assets. And that should be your Place DAM.

Requirements

• You need to have Place in your license to access this feature
• You need to have Office plugin as part of your license. Contact your CSM for more information.
• You need to have a separate license for Microsoft Office Word/Powerpoint

Installing the feature 

Before you start the installation you need to have received a file that is important to the installation process. Reach out to your CSM to receive this file(license is also required).

To install the Office plugin, follow these steps:

1. Open Microsoft Office Word/Powerpoint
2. Click on Insert, followed by My Add-ins in the toolbar
3. In the My Add-ins window, select Add to add your plugin
4. Select and add the file you received by your CSM earlier
5. You have now installed the plugin to your Microsoft Office Word/Powerpoint and a Papirfly images button should have appeared in the top right corner 

Using the feature

To use the Office plugin, follow these steps:

1. Inside Microsoft Office Word/Powerpoint, click on the button that says Papirfly Images in the top right corner of the toolbar
2. If you haven't logged in before, you will need to log in with your user to gain access to the images inside Papirfly's Place archive.
3. Select the assets you would like to use directly from the window

You can also change the settings for the amount of assets displayed and categories to be shown.
