Produce - Addable page sizes

Introduction

Admins with permission to customise templates can add both standard and custom sizes to a template, beyond the predefined options in the stencil. We provide standard sizes for.

Requirements

• Your user needs to have access to be able to edit/change templates
• The option needs to exist within the framework of your stencils

Using the feature

Example:

To add more sizes to your template, follow these steps:

1. Locate the template you want to add additional sizes to
2. Open the settings of the template 
   • 
3. For the template settings, go to the tab for Stencil, and click on 'Customise'
4. The editor will then open and you will be able to make adjustments to the template
5. From here, go to the options page for Document in the right hand side
6. On the Documents option page, click on the Cogwheel above the drop-down box for selecting document sizes
7. Add the sizes you want to include in the template
8. Click Add
9. In the template editor, click Save in the uper right corner, followed by Save and close, and the editor will close down

10. Finally, click save in the template settings window
    • 
11. You have now added more sizes to your template
