Produce - Setting the Template Thumbnail

Introduction

The thumbnail image users see when selecting a template for a new document to be created from, can be customized in several ways.

Template Settings

To set the thumbnail image, open the Template Settings and navigate to the Thumbnail tab.

Template Thumbnail

From the dropdown, select one of the following options for the thumbnail settings.  Then click Save when you've completed your changes.

• Stencil / Design file - This will use the thumbnail associated with the base stencil or provided with the export of the design file.
• Generated - This will use a generated image based off of the first page of the template as it appears in the editor.
• Custom - This will allow you to upload your own image to be used as the thumbnail.
