Searching and filtering approvals

The approval overview lists everything waiting in the projects you can see. Search and filters narrow that list down to what you are looking for.

Search by name

Open Plan, go to Approval projects and open a group in the left panel, for example Place approvals. The list on the right covers every project in that group.

Type into the Search box to narrow it by asset name. Results update as you type, across all the projects in the list, and a label appears above the list showing what you searched for.

Filter the list

Click Filters to open the filter panel. It has two groups.

Asset info filters on the material itself: asset name, local unit, file type (Print, Video, Banner, Graphic, Image, Email) and the Place archive it belongs to.

Approval filters on the review: status (Pending review, Needs change, Approved, Rejected), when it was created, last activity, what is being approved, who requested it, who approves it, whether it has comments, the deadline, and how quickly reviews were started or finished.

Combine as many as you need, then click Apply filter. Filters stay on as you move between groups, and a Clear filters button appears if nothing matches.

Save a filter for next time

With your filters set, click Save filter. On the Settings tab, give it a Filter name, then decide two things:

• Set as my default filter applies it automatically whenever you open the overview.
• Public filter shares it with other users instead of keeping it to yourself.

Click Save and apply filter.

Saved filters are listed under the arrow beside the Filters button, ready to apply in one click.
