1. InDesign smaller improvements improvement
The following improvements have been made to the InDesign plugin:
Ability to turn on dynamic layouts runtime within the Editor
QR Code Background Toggle
Image bleed Toggle
Text Decorator
1. Ability to turn on dynamic layouts runtime within the Editor.
2. QR Code Background Toggle.
Added a toggle switch to QR code elements, allowing users to turn the background on or off.
3. Image bleed Toggle
Added a toggle switch for image elements to allow disabling "Auto-bleed." This is particularly useful for specific images, such as full-page backgrounds, where auto-bleed may not be desired.
4. Text Decorator
Added support for the "bounds" decorator type, which targets the text frame. This expands on the existing decoration types as follows:
Lines: Draws a colored rectangle behind every individual line of text.
Measured Text Size: Draws a single rectangle based on the actual width and height of the text content (which can differ from the frame size).
Bounds: Draws a rectangle matching the full dimensions of the text frame.
Bugfixes:
Page Size Units: Corrected unit display for incorrectly exported templates. For example, print templates exported with pixel values will now be properly converted to mm, cm, or inches in the display.
Locking Info Migration: Added support for copying locking information from one template to another. This is especially useful during migration if you need to re-upload a design for any reason.
“Fit Text to Frame”: Fixed an issue where text would occasionally render outside its designated frame.
Text Flow Across Pages: Fixed an issue where the paragraph styles dropdown was missing for text elements linked across multiple containers/pages.
