New Features
📦 Order History View
Managing and tracking sent orders is now simpler than ever. With the new Orders page accessible directly from the Produce Launcher menu, administrators and end-users can view, search, and filter all orders sent to print from a single centralized location.
Centralized Tracking: Quickly verify whether an order was successfully sent without searching through individual documents or emails.
Search & Quick Filters: Search by Vendor, Product, or custom properties. Use quick filters or sort by Order ID, Date/Time, or Sender.
Detailed Order Summary: Select any row or click the eye icon to view comprehensive order details and access a direct link to the associated document.
⚙️ Customizable Order History Columns (UI Setup)
Template administrators can now customize the Order History view to fit their organization's specific workflow needs.
Admin Self-Service: Navigate to Produce Settings > UI Setup to configure which columns are displayed or hidden in the Order History table.
Consistent Experience: Visibility settings set by administrators automatically apply across all end-users within the organization.
🎨 Improvements & Enhancements
🏷️ Field Grouping & Headers
We have upgraded the order form layout to help you organize fields cleanly, eliminate redundant label prefixes, and reduce form clutter.
Custom Categories: Group custom properties under clear section headers or separate tabs within the order form.
Visual Status & Collapsible Sections: Expand or collapse groups on demand. Red badge indicators highlight mandatory fields remaining within a section.
Vendor & Email Integration: Assign groups directly in Vendor Setup. Group names and their associated fields automatically carry over into order notification emails.
📏 Product Dimensions
You can now define specific physical dimensions for products within the Vendor Setup.
Flexible Configuration: Set optional Height and Width values individually or together per product.
Full Visibility: Configured dimensions are automatically displayed in the order form and included in the final order confirmation email.
