Open any group to see its members, then add or remove people in bulk. Open any user to see every group they belong to.
Powerful search & filters
Filter users by status, business unit or group, and search by name, username or email - combine filters to find exactly the right people.
Key capabilities
- Users tab - View every user in your company, with status, group count and business unit count at a glance.
- Groups tab - Browse all user groups, see member counts and drill into any group to manage its membership.
- Bulk actions - Select multiple users to activate or deactivate them in one step.
- User detail view - See profile details, registration info, group memberships and business unit access in a single card.
- Add & remove from groups - Assign users to a group, or remove them, directly from either the group view or the user detail.
- Pending approvals - Review and approve user requests inside the same User Management area.
Access & availability
User Management is available to users with the User management permission. Local admins can manage the users and groups within their scope of access, while company admins have full visibility across the organization.
