Ask the Brand Assistant Product Questions
The Brand Assistant can now answer questions about how to use Papirfly itself, not just questions about your brand and guidelines — so you can get help without leaving the platform.
What's new:
- Ask the Brand Assistant how-to questions about Papirfly and get an answer straight away
- Answers are drawn from Papirfly's own help centre content
- Available as a setting your admin can turn on or off

Rate Brand Assistant Answers
You can now rate any Brand Assistant answer with a thumbs-up or thumbs-down, so we know when an answer has hit the mark — or missed it.
What's new:
- Thumbs-up/thumbs-down on every Brand Assistant response
- Helps us keep improving answer quality over time
