All image assets from Place can be used in Produce templates and documents. Additionally, video and audio assets can also be used in Produce video templates.

What sorting options do I have in Produce when selecting an asset to use from Place?

You can sort your asset results using the drop down featured in the selection window. Options for sorting include:

• Relevance
• Newest first
• Oldest first
• Name a-z
• Name z-a
• Valid from-date
• Valid to-date
• Asset ID

What filtering options are available in Produce when selecting an asset to use from Place?

You can filter assets by one or more categories. The full category hierarchy is available in the selection modal, allowing you to expand and collapse categories to find the ones you want to use.

As with other searches across the portal, only categories currently in use will be available to select. If no assets are assigned to a category, that category will not appear as a filtering option.

Can I search Place assets in the Produce selection modal?

Yes, you can use the search text field to find assets available to you in Place. This can be used alone or alongside other filters.
