What are the creation modules of Produce?
Produce includes several modules, each designed for creating a specific type of asset. The available modules are:
- Graphic
- Video
- Banner
Each module is built around the requirements of its output format, providing the appropriate tools and functionality for creating that type of content.
What file types can each module generate?
The file types generated by each module depend on how the template has been configured by the project team. A template may generate a single file type or, where supported, multiple file types.
| Module | Supported output formats |
| Graphic | JPG, PNG, WEBP |
| Video | MP4, GIF, MXF, MOV (SRT, VTT for Subtitles) |
| Banner | ZIP (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Images) |
| ZIP (HTML, Images) |
Can I use a template from one module to create different types of assets?
No. Each Produce module is designed specifically for the requirements of its supported asset types.
Keeping these modules separate ensures that templates use the correct functionality, formatting, and output settings for their intended purpose, helping to maintain the quality and compatibility of the final asset.
For example, a Print template designed to generate a PDF cannot also be used to generate a JPG. If both PDF and image outputs are required, separate templates would need to be created using the appropriate Produce modules.
