Now, you can manage the review and approval of your Produce animated banners directly in Plan, ensuring faster feedback, better accuracy, and a more unified experience for your team.

Using the feature

Follow these simple steps for a smooth animated banner approval process:

1. Create in Produce: The initiator designs the animated banner in Produce.
2. Submit for Approval: The banner is then submitted directly to Plan Approvals.
3. Review and Provide Feedback: The reviewer comments, annotates, and can mark the status as "Needs change" if revisions are required.
4. Update in Produce: The initiator updates the banner's version in Produce based on the feedback.
5. Final Review: The updated version automatically appears in Plan for final review and approval.
6. Approve: The reviewer approves the banner and marks its status as "Ready."
7. Download: The approved banner is now available in Produce for download as an asset.
